Jogging in the rain again
Went for another quick run. I was able to make it up and down a steep hill behind my house and then up a much more gradual hill without stopping. Only two breaks today! Feeling better after my second run!
Oh man, my legs hurt less and I was able to jog longer than two days ago. Finally figured out a way to jog hands free: wear my shorts inside out (there’s no tag!) and shove my phone into my inside pocket so it stops falling out. SUCCESS! First jog this spring!
I didn’t get as far as I used to, but it was really nice. I will need to find some way to get my music on something that isn’t my phone since it’s so heavy!
